Saint Germain Jazz Festival (6-23 May) is located within the mythical district of Saint-Germain des Prés, where legendary musicians once brought jazz to Europe. From Wednesday, 14 November 2007,  Eurostar departs from London St Pancras, instead of London Waterloo. Because St Pancras International is served by a new high speed rail line, Eurostar journeys are cut by at least 20 minutes.
