For six years already a round trip to Brussels or Paris goes for only £69. And that includes free connections to Antwerp, Bruges, Ghent, Ostend and other citeis in Belgium.

How to make sure you can book the cheapest fare? Travel on the first train or the last train. Don’t come back on a Sunday.   Just stay one more day. Retuning on Monday can be much cheaper, and much more enjoyable as well.  Not a morning person? No problem, take the train late afternoon, and you’ll also be able to find the £69 fare to Belgium or France.
