Brussels

The heart of Belgium and the place to start getting to know the country is Brussels. The coexistence of Flemish and French culture has provided Brussels a unique character which you cannot find in another city of Belgium. The buildings in the city are a fascinating mix of architectural styles, and there are numerous museums of interest throughout.

Within the 14th-century city walls is the compact centre of the old city with the beautiful Grand Place at its heart. You can spend a day in this area, stroll around the beautiful sets of Guild houses, Town House and King’s House, walk further to visit the famous statue Manneken Pis. Lots of lively bars and top class restaurants are available for you to choose from if you want to have some drink during the day or enjoy a nice meal after the tour.
